How to Payment

We only accept on a Payment in Advance (PIA) basis. which means the customer must pay the full amount before the order is processed or shipped. Payment can be made by Bank transfer, BIC/SWIFT, ACH, or SEPA.

Packaging
All specimens are packed in pressurized oxygenated double plastic bags. The bags are packed in polystyrene boxes. All bags are labeled with the fish code and quantity, as per the invoice.

Documents
Normally, we will provide these important documents with the shipment: Invoice, Packing List, Airway bill, and Health Certificate (issued by the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Indonesia).
Some countries may need more documents or special declarations. Please inform us in advance.

Minimum Order
We required a minimum order of 4 to 5 boxes, with an approximate weight of 100 kilograms. The quantity of fish that can be put in one box depends on the type and size of the fish. You can see the quantity of each fish type that fits in one box in our stock list.

Freight Charge
Freight charges are based on the actual prices from the airline and freight forwarder, and we shall not consider these charges as our profit.
