How to Order

Step 1
Customers send wholesale inquiries to Email : info@naticindonesia.com or via WhatsApp at +62 82211222856 including a product list, quantity, company/business name, and shipping address with a 3-letter airport code. The price list can be downloaded here. Please enter the quantity you want and send it back to us.

Step 2
We will check your order and send a proforma invoice for the customer’s approval. The document will contain a list of payments (fish cost, freight cost, documents fee, packing & shipping cost). We will work within 24 hours of receiving the customer’s inquiry details.

Step 3
Customer confirms the order, and we will start preparing documents for shipment, booking space on the earliest available arrival date, and processing fish quarantine.
